Had a flat tire on our new truck only 1032 miles on it! Called Spurr and they told me how to contact roadside assistance! I did that and the tow truck company came in put on the spare and loaded tire in the back of the truck. Brought the tire to the Service Department. They had it all fixed the next morning screws and tires don’t match! When in that day they put the repaired tire back on reset the monitorand put the spare back where it belong! They did a great job tire is like new!

Dennis in service is awesome, the tech that worked on my vehicle needs retraining. Had an apt to get oil change, tire rotation, inspection and new battery. Why would the tech replace battery before inspection? Inspection was not able to be done as all sensors would not reset. Needed to drive 0ver 100 miles to get them to reset to pass inspection. Waste of my time all because tech didn’t do it right. Then when ‘I picked up my vehicle I always check lug nuts as they have a habit of messing up the caps. Sure enough touched one the cap came off right in my hand. Touch another one again cap came right off in my hand. Did Dennis apologize sure did. He went out of his way to make it right, and I appreciate that. Because of Dennis we will stay faithful to Spurrs for all our automotive needs.

I took my car in for tire rotation and oil change. when it was done Dennis came and got my Husband and I. We pulled out to the main road and when my husband was driving the wheel on the front i do not know if it was right or left wheel but it was like it was trembling and making a loud sound when he put on brakes and slowed down. I told him to turn around by the car wash place... i walked in and told Dennis something Is Wrong with my car!! it was not like this when i brought it in here a hour and a half ago!! So He Page The Young Man That Did The work on my Car, He comes out with a tool that tightens the lug nuts!! my husband explain to him what was going on that something is not right !!!!!!!!! The young man took my car into the garage where they work on the cars. I could not see what he was doing. but after about 15 minutes i see he was bring car back to the front and he took it off premises to test drive it ..... he came back with his head down and said he is so sorry!!!!! Before he could say about the lug nuts were loose and god knows what else!!! I Said To Him Sorry does not cut it !!!! We could of been in a bad accident or someone could of got killed! My husband knew i was ready to go from 0 to 100 real quick!! and he guide me to the door . where before i exit Dennis gave me a Card That said Next Oil change and Tire Rotation is on him!!!! This Young Man Needs Some more training or something!! I Know Everyone makes mistakes!!! But For That to happen! In My Book It Is Unexceptable!!! I have Bought all my Cars From Spurr's all 3 and that's why i come to them to service my car because I trust Them.... But Now I really do not know what to think!!! I come 42 mile to Spurr's.. I Live In Palmyra.... Thank You For Letting me get this off my Chest!!
